Lincoln Center Theater, since it was established in 1985, has become the "pre-eminent theater in the country," according to The New York Times. And we never would have made it to our 23rd year but for the help of our "Best Friends."
"Best Friends" are avid LCT theatergoers who enjoy the plays and musicals produced at the Vivian Beaumont Theater, the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater and sometimes at Broadway theaters and who realize that ticket revenue does not cover the costs of running the theater.
